We are always pleased to receive feedback, good or bad. That’s how we know we are doing a good job or can focus on ways of improving. From time to time we conduct our own customer surveys, with some of the feedback published here. We also use 3rd party services such as Buy With Confidence, Google to collect feedback.
Phone Help
In a digital world we understand that not everyone wants to go through a chat bot or AI therefore the decision was made to invest in a customer helpdesk in the heart of the UK (Northampton to be precise) that pick up the phone straight away. In 2025 we had 0 call waiting time.

Engineer Quality
Our nationwide network of engineers are trained in all things Sky and Smart TV including a specialist division used to deal with dishes and aerials in hard to reach or difficult locations.

Network Coverage
Sat Insure are proud to offer coverage across the UK, servicing customers as far afield as Scotland, the Shetland Isles, Cornwall and everywhere in-between.
The larger circles on the map show areas where we traditionally place the most call-outs, possibly due to more adverse weather conditions in those regions. However, you’ll notice that no matter where you live in the UK, your Satellite TV can still go wrong and Sat Insure will be there to help if it does!
